How long will my order take?
We carry stock of all of our bedding, wash bags & storage baskets, so these are usually dispatched within 1 working day. Where we have sold out of a design, we will make it available to pre-order as soon as we have notification of our next delivery date.
Please note we are constantly striving to improve our delivery dates and therefore after a pre-order has been placed the delivery date could change. We update our website regularly, so it's recommended that you check there for updated delivery information.
Please note, with national lockdown back in place and the festive season approaching, please understand that there will be delays in delivery that is beyond anyone's control.

The EU countries we currently deliver to are: Republic of Ireland, France, The Netherlands, Belgium, Spain (mainland), Italy, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Poland, Sweden and Finland. If you would like your order to be sent to a country not listed, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote.
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase however, should you wish to return your items to us, please notify us by email at within 7 days of delivery that you are returning an item. Items must be returned within 14 days in their original packaging and securely wrapped.
Please note the cost of return postage will be borne by you and you must obtain proof of posting. Upon receipt of the returned item in perfect saleable condition, we will refund the purchase price less the cost of the original postage. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
All bespoke items are non-refundable.
If you're unhappy with the quality, or if we've sent you the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible, ideally sending us a couple of photos of the damage or other issues with the product. Items sent back to us will undergo a inspection and It may be necessary to send the item away to the manufacturer to confirm the fault. Once we have received your item back we will inform you how we need to proceed.
Please note orders for overseas customers must include all UK customs clearance formalities.
Wallpaper has a leadtime of 10-14 days.
Bespoke items have a lead time of 4-6 weeks from confirmation of your order and postage charges will be quoted separately at the time of ordering.
